Operations Manager
Vicky Capitano
Vicky has a love for all things organizational. She updates our social media, website, answers emails, keeps the budget, handles the accounting and markets our new ideas. She also loves to help taste test the new recipes!
Prep Cook
Jason Rampone
Jason Rampone is a Red Seal chef with nearly 30 years of cooking experience. Since moving to Vancouver Island in 2003, Jason has worked in many local family owned restaurants and catering companies.
Chief Tasting Officers
Oliver and Henry Capitano
Born with a chef daddy, Henry and Oliver have a love for all things food. They help daddy by testing his recipes, and give the thumbs up of approval! They don't hold back their critiques either.
