Service Description
Each session is a 4 hour time slot. It includes access to all of our commercial baking equipment & ovens, supervision & assistance from our professional chef Vincenzo, and a fun Christmas atmosphere! Each time slot has a maximum of 2 participants so there is plenty of room for you to spread out.

Cancellation Policy
Baking Class Booking Policy All baking class reservations must be made in advance through our online booking system or by contacting our customer service team. Payment is required at the time of booking to secure your spot. A confirmation email will be sent upon successful payment. Classes are subject to availability. If a class is fully booked, customers will be notified and offered alternative dates or a refund. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule classes due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., instructor illness, low attendance). In such cases, participants will be notified promptly, and a full refund or rescheduling option will be offered. If you need to cancel or reschedule your booking, please notify us at least 48 hours before the class date. A full refund or rescheduling will be provided for cancellations made at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the class will be non-refundable, but we may offer to reschedule your class for another date if available. No-shows will not receive a refund or rescheduling opportunity. Please inform us of any dietary restrictions or allergies at the time of booking. We will do our best to accommodate special requests but cannot guarantee complete allergen-free environments. We prioritize the health and safety of our guests. Participants are required to follow all safety instructions during the class, including the use of kitchen equipment and food handling. In the event of illness, participants should refrain from attending the class and contact us to reschedule or cancel. We reserve the right to take photographs or videos during classes for promotional purposes. If you do not wish to be photographed or filmed, please inform the instructor before the class begins. By booking a class, you acknowledge that cooking involves certain risks, including the potential for burns, cuts, or other injuries. Participants agree to follow all instructions and use equipment safely. We are not liable for personal injury or property damage that may occur during the class.
